At Chasmish Ventures, we take great care in curating and packaging our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, we’re here to help—subject to the guidelines below:

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    • Returns are only accepted for items that are received in a damaged condition.
    • To initiate a return, you must submit an unedited opening video of the parcel. This video must:
      • Begin before the package is opened.
      • Clearly show the address label and the sealed packaging.
      • Capture the unboxing in one continuous take (no pauses or retakes).
      • Clearly display the damage on camera.
  2. Timeframe
    • Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Requests without a valid opening video will not be eligible for return or replacement.
  3. Non-Returnable Items
    • Products damaged due to mishandling post-delivery.
    • Items purchased during sale or clearance events, unless received damaged with valid proof.
    • Preloved books: Any wear and tear is shown clearly in our product videos and photos—these are not considered damages and are part of the product's described conditions.
  4. Replacement Process
    • Once your return request is approved, we'll arrange for a replacement of the same item, subject to availability.
    • If a replacement is not available, store credit or a refund may be offered.
  5. How to Submit a Return Request
    • Email us at info@chasmish.in or message us on WhatsApp with your order ID and the unboxing video attached.
