At Chasmish Ventures, we take great care in curating and packaging our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, we’re here to help—subject to the guidelines below:
- Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are only accepted for items that are received in a damaged condition.
- To initiate a return, you must submit an unedited opening video of the parcel. This video must:
- Begin before the package is opened.
- Clearly show the address label and the sealed packaging.
- Capture the unboxing in one continuous take (no pauses or retakes).
- Clearly display the damage on camera.
- Timeframe
- Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
- Requests without a valid opening video will not be eligible for return or replacement.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to mishandling post-delivery.
- Items purchased during sale or clearance events, unless received damaged with valid proof.
- Preloved books: Any wear and tear is shown clearly in our product videos and photos—these are not considered damages and are part of the product's described conditions.
- Replacement Process
- Once your return request is approved, we'll arrange for a replacement of the same item, subject to availability.
- If a replacement is not available, store credit or a refund may be offered.
